The questionnaire will take approximately 10-15 minutes to fill out depending on how much personal information you feel comfortable sharing. Dosage: 7 drops to be taken under the tongue first thing in the morning and last thing at night. We suggest keeping it on your bedside table. 2 weeks is usually adequate for the flower essences to work.

If alcohol is not permitted to be taken internally you can apply the drops to the acupuncture points on the inside of the wrists or opt for our spray bottle option which can also be used as a room spray / skin mist.
